Produce a batch now. Also used for backfills: since, until. Batch contents per run: events.<format> (every event in the period, same payloads as webhooks, ordered by occurred_at), and when include_snapshot is true, coverage_lines.<format> and verdicts.<format> (the current state of every coverage line and the latest verdict per engagement), plus manifest.json (period, counts, sha256 per file, schema version). Batches are idempotent by period: re-running a period reproduces the same rows. Push destinations are written as <prefix>/<period_start>/<file>; a _SUCCESS marker is written last. Failures retry for 24 hours and raise delivery.batch_failed on the webhook if one is configured.
